Pastor Segun is the pastor in charge of RCCG, Grace Tabernacle, and RCCG, Lagos Province 34, located at 200 Ikorodu Road, beside Sunday Street, Palmgrove, Lagos, Nigeria. He is ably supported by his amiable wife, Pastor Mrs. Nnenna Omotosho. They have been together in the ministry for over 33 years and have been married for 30 years. They have pastored together firstly at RCCG, Lion of Judah Parish, Mushin; RCCG, City/Chapel of Praise, Ilupeju; and RCCG, Household of Faith, Aguda, prior to their current assignment at RCCG, Grace Tabernacle.
Pastor Segun is
1. The Managing Partner, The Change Room (a human resource consulting firm).
2. Director, Operations, Inscope Global Resources Ltd. (a medical projects, equipment procurement, installation, and maintenance company) with operations in 6 states in Nigeria.
He served as general manager, shared services, acting COO, and group human resources manager at Japaul Oil and Maritime Services PLC.
He also worked as Head, Human Resources, of Nigerian Aviation Handling Co. (NAHCO) Plc and Acting Head, Human Resources, at Nigerdock Nig. Plc – FZE. He also pioneered the Consultancy & Research Dept., CIPM, among several other appointments. The core values of the institute—SCRIPT—were coined by him.
He has over 30 years of human resource management, strategy, change management, project management, and consultancy experience. CSR interventions in the health sector include the setup of the Healing Stripes Cancer Screening & Diagnostic Centre, Lagos, as a project manager. He was part of the team that crafted the CSR agenda and sanitation strategy for the RCCG.
He is a facilitator and master of ceremonies at many HR and leadership development sessions.
His academic credentials include a B.Sc. in economics and a master’s degree in business administration, specializing in human resource management. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management, and a graduate of the International Bible Institute and Leadership Training School.
Nnenna is an astute lover of God and a businesswoman. Her expertise is in renovation, finishing, and events management, which she has done professionally for the past 28 years. They are blessed with four children – Funmi, Tobi, Teni & Temi.
